Access from Phyllis Reserve - end of Springleigh Avenue, Mt Albert or
Waterview Downs, off Great North Rd
What to bring: Sturdy footwear, a sunhat a spade, hedge clippers (if you have
them) and garden gloves. Bring your family and friends - and spread the word.

Oakley Creek - Te Auaunga Walkway Stream Restoration Project Tour
Sunday 12th February - 2.00-4.00pm and Sunday 26th February - 2.00-4.00pm.
Events will run in any weather.
Free guided tour with stream restoration groups in the area. Discover the hidden gem
of Oakley Creek and its ecological, archaeological and cultural heritage,
with Auckland City’s only urban waterfall.

Avenue (off Woodward Road) Mt Albert.

Oakley Creek Watercourse Management Plan
Morphum Environment Ltd have produced the Oakley Creek
Watercourse Management Plan. There is a brief summary here,

Monitoring & Pest Control Programme
We have a range of activities where we are looking
for local volunteers to become involved in our
'monitoring and pest control' programme in an on-going way.
These include monitoring of both native species and pest species,
and control of rodents and possums.
