Regular Meetings 3rd Monday of each month at 7.30pm at Oakridge House, Unitec, Entrance 4, Mt Albert.

Regular 'working days' for planting, weeding, clean-ups etc. are held on the 1st Sunday of each month - from 10.00 to 12.00.

enhancing our biodiversity by participating in some of our activities.

Community Tree Planting
Sunday 1st August, 2010 - 10.00am

Meet - Above the waterfall, Unitec side of creek,
upstream from Unitec Residence carpark,
down the slope from large pine trees.

Access from Great North Road - opposite Alverston St or
through Unitec Mt Albert Campus via Gate 4.

Wear - sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing
for cold or wet weather.

Bring - garden gloves and a spade


Bring your family and friends - and enjoy a morning on the creek,
maybe followed by a walk. Refreshments provided.

Monitoring & Pest Control Programme


We have a range of activities where we are looking
for local volunteers to become involved in our
'monitoring and pest control' programme in an on-going way.

These include monitoring of both native species and pest species,
and control of rodents and possums.
